Stephen P. Gonzalez is an Adjunct Professor in the Sport & Performance Psychology (SPP) Department at the University of Western States (UWS), where he has been since 2021. He concurrently serves as a Mental Performance Coach for the Boston Red Sox, working with elite athletes in private practice, and previously held roles as the Corrigan Family Assistant Athletic Director for Leadership and Mental Performance at Dartmouth College and Assistant Professor at SUNY Brockport. His work focuses on enhancing performance and well-being in athletes through mental skills training and leadership programming.
