Melinda Knapp

Melinda Knapp is an Assistant Professor in the College of Education at Oregon State University. She holds a PhD and MEd, and has been recognized with the prestigious Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST). Her work focuses on improving mathematics and science education through teacher development, curriculum innovation, and STEM equity initiatives.

Professional affiliations include membership in the American Educational Research Association (AERA), Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators (AMTE), National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics (NCSM), and National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM).
