Mehmet Onur Demirkol

Prof. Dr. Mehmet Onur Demirkol is a faculty member at the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, School of Medicine, Koç University since 2013. He has held associate professor positions at Koç University, American Hospital, and German Hospital. His clinical and research expertise spans nuclear medicine, theranostics, and molecular imaging in oncology.

Research Interests: Thyroid cancer, Radioiodine Treatment, PSMA Therapy for prostate cancer, Lu-177 Octreotate Therapy for neuroendocrine tumors, Ra-223 treatment for bone metastases, Radioembolization Therapy for liver cancer, PET/CT imaging, Nuclear Cardiology, and Translational Medicine.
