Mehmet Dicle

Mehmet Dicle is an Associate Professor of Finance at Loyola University New Orleans, affiliated with the College of Business. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including Financial Management, Derivatives, and Investments.

Teaching Innovations: Dr. Dicle supervised Loyola's Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF) from 2017-2021, where students managed $1 million in real funds and consistently outperformed the S&P 500 with reduced risk. The program distributed $278,000 in scholarships, including $55,000 during the 2020 market collapse. He also teaches Option Trading Strategies and Money Management to the general public.
