Roy Fletcher serves as Assistant Professor and Lead Faculty in the Department of Business Administration and Banking and Finance at the School of Business and Hospitality, Pennsylvania College of Technology. He directs the Programs in Financial Planning and advises the Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF).
His academic credentials include:

- B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington (Seattle)
Specializing in Finance, Economics, and Quantitative Methods, Dr. Fletcher's expertise spans International Finance, Retirement Planning, Employee Benefits, Money and Banking, Investments, Personal Financial Planning, and Corporate Finance. His research integrates practical applications from roles at Western Optical Corporation and Market Research Associates.
He actively oversees the Student Managed Investment Fund and directs Financial Planning programs, implementing experiential learning initiatives at Penn College.
