Mehmet F. Dicle is an Associate Professor of Finance at Loyola University New Orleans' College of Business and holds the Stanford H. Rosenthal Professorship in Risk, Insurance, and Entrepreneurship. He has taught at Loyola since 2007, focusing on risk analysis, behavioral finance, and derivative markets.

The program generated $278,000 in scholarships, including $55,000 during the 2020 market collapse. He also teaches experiential finance courses to the general public.
