Dr Md Ismil Hossain is a Lecturer of Business and Management in Mechanical Engineering at the School of Engineering, University of Bolton. He leads modules such as Integrated Management Systems (HE level 7) and Project Management (HE level 7). His academic journey includes a PhD from the University of Bolton (2020), focusing on institutional environments and HRM practices in the UK and Bangladesh. He holds an MSc in International Business (Dundee, 2014) and MSc in HRM (Abertay, 2012), alongside a PGCE (Distinction). He has supervised 10 MSc and 9 PhD students and has two years of UK teaching experience.
