Małgorzata Grabara

Prof. Małgorzata Grabara is a faculty member at the Jerzy Kukuczka Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, holding the position of Professor in the Department of Tourism and Recreation. She specializes in physical activity, yoga, and body posture, with a focus on recreational and rehabilitative applications.
