Barbara Hall

Dr. Barbara Hall is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Basic Biomedical Sciences at the Jerzy Kukuczka Academy of Physical Education in Katowice. Her research focuses on lifestyle medicine, physiological aspects of physical exercise, and biomedical applications in healthcare. She teaches courses such as General Physiology, Physiological Diagnostics, and Lifestyle Medicine. Her work emphasizes the impact of physical activity and dietary interventions on chronic disease management, particularly in athletes and diabetes patients.
