Maya Gambarin-Gelwan

Dr. Maya Gambarin-Gelwan is a Clinical Associate Professor and Gastroenterologist/Hepatologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She specializes in managing liver diseases (viral hepatitis, fatty liver, liver cancer) with a focus on patients with concurrent malignancies or cancer treatments affecting liver health. She collaborates closely with oncology, surgery, and radiology teams to provide integrated care. Dr. Gambarin-Gelwan graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine (MD), completed residencies at Montefiore Medical Center, and fellowships at Memorial Sloan Kettering and Mount Sinai.
