Maya Bacache-Beauvallet is a Professor of Economics at Télécom Paris and a member of the board of ARCEP (French Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Posts). She holds a doctorate in Economics from the University of Paris-1 Sorbonne and was previously a research professor at the École Normale Supérieure (ULM).
