Maurice Cayer

Maurice Cayer, Ph.D., is a Distinguished Lecturer and Coordinator of the M.S. in Human Resources at the University of New Haven, affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences and the Psychology Department. With a career spanning decades, he teaches evidence-based applied courses in industrial/organizational psychology and management, drawing on extensive corporate experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational change initiatives.

Education:

• B.A. in Psychology from University of Bridgeport (1973)

His research focuses on human resource strategies, organizational development, and leadership during transformative periods.
