Maureen McCoy

Maureen McCoy is a Teaching Professor at Arizona State University's College of Health Solutions, where she has taught since 2014. Her roles include serving as the Dietetic Internship Director and faculty advisor for the Pitchfork Pantry, a student food pantry initiative.
