Mauly Her Lo

Mauly Her Lo serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee within the College of Health Sciences and the Occupational Science & Technology department. She holds a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (2023), Masters of Occupational Therapy (2017), and Bachelor of Science in Occupational Studies and Technology (2015), all earned at UWM.

Her research emphasizes maternal mental health and occupational therapy education, particularly addressing perinatal mood disorders through clinical interventions and peer support systems. She developed educational modules for undergraduate/graduate students and advocates for occupational therapy services in maternal mental health communities.

Key publications include invited presentations at Milwaukee Area Technical College (2023) and Mountain Plains MHTTC (2023), plus collaborative research at UWM College of Health Sciences Research Symposium (2017). She actively contributes to professional organizations such as the American Occupational Therapy Association and serves on the Moms Mental Health Initiative board of directors.
