Mauida Al Khallawi

Dr. Mauida Al Khallawi is an Academic Researcher at the School of Animal and Veterinary Science, University of Adelaide. Her work focuses on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in veterinary pathogens, particularly Mycoplasma species, and vaccine development. She collaborates with Prof. Darren Trott at the Australian Centre for Antimicrobial Resistance Ecology (ACARE) and has conducted longitudinal studies on AMR in cattle. Her research combines microbiology, tissue culture innovation, and genomic analysis to address critical issues in animal health and food safety.
