Matthias Mölleney

Matthias Mölleney serves as a Lecturer at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (School of Management and Law), where he has directed the Center for Human Resources Management & Leadership since 2009. Formerly the head of human resources at Swissair and other corporations, he now operates a management consultancy and has authored the book Beyond Leadership alongside extensive publications in leadership, HR management, and organizational transformation.

His research focuses on leadership frameworks, strategic human capital development, and change management methodologies, bridging academic theory with corporate practice. The work emphasizes adaptive leadership models in volatile business environments and evidence-based HR strategies for organizational resilience.

Mölleney leads the Center for Human Resources Management & Leadership, which serves as a nexus for industry-academia collaboration, executive education, and applied research in talent management and organizational development.
