Alex Gallacher is a Sessional Instructor with expertise in Human Resources and organizational strategy. He serves as Managing Director and founder of ENGAGE HR™, and holds additional affiliations with The Culture Factor Canada. His professional roles include governance consulting, strategic human capital management, and organizational culture optimization.

Education: MBA in Human Resources Management from McGill University, certifications in Executive Leadership (University of Toronto), Advanced Executive Management (University of Western Ontario and Northwestern University), and holds CHRE, SHRP, and ICD.D designations.
