Lea Rutishauser

Dr. Lea Rutishauser is a Lecturer at the University of Lucerne's Faculty of Economics and Management, affiliated with the Center for Human Resource Management. She holds a Doctorate in Human Resource Management from the University of Zurich and has extensive experience in research and teaching. Her work focuses on talent management, cross-cultural management, organizational change, and employee retention. She co-founded HR ConScience, a startup specializing in HR development, and currently works in HR Development at Denner AG since 2023. Lea has led multiple research projects and contributes to academic and industry discourse in her field.

Her research interests center on optimizing organizational dynamics through evidence-based HR strategies. She actively bridges academic research with practical applications in corporate environments.
