Matthew Zook is a University Research Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Kentucky, College of Arts & Sciences. His research focuses on digital technologies' impact on cities, economies, and governance. He leads an NSF-funded project on blockchain geographies and explores big data's role in urban studies.
