Matthew W. Prull

Matthew W. Prull is a Professor of Psychology at Whitman College. He studied at San Jose State University (B.A. 1991), Claremont Graduate University (M.A. 1993, Ph.D. 1997), and completed postdoctoral training in cognitive neuroscience at Stanford University. His research examines age-related changes in memory, language, and knowledge, emphasizing dual-process theories of automatic versus controlled memory systems and false memory phenomena.
