Matthew P. Harrington is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law (Université de Montréal), specializing in U.S. constitutional law, property law, and legal theory. He chairs the Faculty’s common law program committee and teaches courses such as Contracts, Real Property, Trusts-Estates, and Remedies in Public and Private Law.
