Matthew Lamm serves as Assistant Professor of Music, Director of Instrumental Studies, and Program Coordinator for the Music (BA) program at Houston Christian University (HCU). He leads the Husky Marching Band, Husky Pep Band, and HCU Symphonic Band while teaching courses in music appreciation, history, and brass techniques.

- Four-time DCI I&E Champion
- Contributor to a Super Bowl Halftime Show (MTV production)
- Guided ensembles to UIL state finals, BOA Regional Championship, BOA Grand Nationals Championship, and Midwest Clinic feature
He is affiliated with the Arpeggio Brass Quintet, Grace Symphony Orchestra, and Paragon Brass, and teaches individual brass lessons alongside courses like Music History & Literature III/IV.
