Matteo Mandarini

Dr. Matteo Mandarini is a Senior Lecturer in Organisation and Politics at Queen Mary University of London, affiliated with the School of Business and Management and the Department of Business and Society. He serves as the Teaching Innovation Lead on the UG Transformation Project and is a member of the Centre on Labour and Global Production (CLGP). His research focuses on political theory, conflict studies, and Italian political history, with a particular emphasis on post-war Italian organizational dynamics and the critique of political modernity.

• Post-war Italian workplace and political conflict
• Critique of modern political structures
• Self-representation and class composition theories

His articles explore themes like political representation, logistics studies, and Marxist historiography. He has supervised PhD students in political theory, heterodox political economy, and workplace conflict dynamics. Dr. Mandarini is also involved in translating key texts in continental political thought and serves on the International Scientific Committee of the Centre for Critical Theory and Politics at Ca' Foscari University.
