Dr. Matteo Augello is a Lecturer in Cultural Studies at the London College of Fashion (LCF), part of the University of the Arts London. He graduated from LCF's MA Fashion Curation in 2012 and completed his research degree in 2015. His work focuses on fashion history, exhibitions, and interdisciplinary performance projects.

Research & Projects: Augello specializes in the history of fashion, textiles, and costumes. Recent projects include an exhibition on 18th-century Milanese dress (2020) and a performance exploring women’s roles in flamenco history, co-created with a bailaora. He also collaborates with the Victoria and Albert Museum on the photographic archive of the Maison Worth.
