Matt Ripa is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre at Lycoming College, with a strong background in directing, producing, and theatre education. He holds an M.F.A. in Directing from The Catholic University of America and a B.A. in History and Theatre Performance from Salisbury University. His professional work bridges academic instruction and community-based theatre, with leadership roles in organizations such as the DC Queer Theatre Festival and Ally Theatre Company.

Matt has advised and taught students across K–12 and university levels, including in the Masters of Theatre Education Program at Catholic University.
