Matt Goldish is a Professor in the Department of History at Ohio State University's College of Arts and Sciences. He holds the Samuel M. and Esther Melton Chair in Jewish History and specializes in Jewish-Christian intellectual relations, Messianism, and Sephardic studies.
His research bridges religious history with the history of science, technology, and environment. Goldish earned his PhD from Hebrew University of Jerusalem after completing his BA at UCLA.
