María Gloria Gonzalez Moralez

Dr. María Gloria Gonzalez Moralez is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. She joined the university in 2010 after completing postdoctoral research at the University of Delaware and a Fulbright Visiting Scholar position at George Mason University (USA).

Education:

• Psychology Degree from Universidad de La Laguna (Canary Islands, Spain)
• European PhD (Doctor Europaea) in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Valencia (Spain, 2006)

Research Focus: Her interdisciplinary work bridges Occupational Health Psychology and Positive Organizational Psychology, specifically examining stress dynamics, work-life balance, workplace victimization, incivility/civility norms, and evidence-based interventions to enhance employee well-being and organizational performance. Her research has been published in premier journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
