Gosia Kozusznik is a tenure-track Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Psychology, University of Valencia, and a Visiting Professor at KU Leuven's Occupational & Organisational Psychology and Professional Learning Group. She holds a Harvard RCC Fellowship and previously completed a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at KU Leuven. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology of Human Resources (2013) with an extraordinary award.
Her research examines stress, well-being, and performance in organizational contexts, collective team processes (conflict management, coping), and emerging work paradigms like startup and human-cobot teams. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational and Social Psychology.
She serves on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) and editorial board of the International Journal of Stress Management. Her memberships include the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology and the Polish Association of Organizational Psychology.
