Her research focuses on epitaxial growth and characterization of thin films and multilayers of oxides, niobates, and sulfides, targeting applications in microelectronics and sensor devices. She has co-authored 185 reviewed papers and 9 patents, and led 14 funded projects with industrial partnerships.
- PhD in Physics (1991) and HDR (1998) from University of Rennes
- Researcher at CNRS (1991-2005), then Full Professor at ISCR (2005-present)
- Leadership roles: Director of ScanMAT (2009-present), Deputy Director of ISCR (2016-present)
Her scientific contributions include developing thin film deposition techniques (PLD, sputtering) for functional materials like ferroelectrics and semiconductors. She serves on the Administration Committee of University of Rennes (since 2016) and the European Materials Research Society (EMRS) Executive Committee (since 2014).
