Mary Mitchell Ingoldsby is a Lecturer in Music at the School of Music and Theatre, University College Cork (UCC). She specializes in Irish traditional music, particularly the history of the uilleann pipes and North Kerry folk traditions. As manager of UCC's Traditional Music Archive, she oversees digitization and cataloging of field recordings. Her research explores musical pedagogy, collectors' roles, and technological advancements in archiving.
