Mary Ann Harris is a Professor of Business in the College of Arts and Sciences at Bethel University, where she has served since 2005. Her research focuses on creativity in marketing messaging, storytelling's impact on memory/emotion, and cultural values in marketing. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin (1985), an M.B.A. from Washington University (1992), and a Ph.D. in Strategic Marketing Communications from the University of Minnesota (2007).
