Associate Professor Martina Björkander is a leading scholar in practical theology at Åbo Akademi University, Finland, within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Theology and Religious Studies. She also serves as a postdoctoral researcher at the Polin Institute. Her work specializes in Pentecostal studies, with a focus on lived theology, ritual, and the socio-political dimensions of global Christianity.
