Martin Sadowski, MD, PhD, is a Professor at New York University Grossman School of Medicine, with cross-appointments in the Departments of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology. His research focuses on Alzheimer's disease and neurodegeneration, particularly amyloid beta metabolism and therapeutics development.

- Aβ metabolism and its interaction with apolipoprotein E
- Therapeutic discovery for Alzheimer’s and prion diseases
- Clinical trials for monoclonal antibodies (Leqembi, Kisunla)
- Molecular mechanisms of neurodegeneration
