Dr Martin Osei is a Lecturer in Business and Management at Bournemouth University's Business School, affiliated with the Department of People and Organisation. He holds a PhD from the University of Kent (2022), an MA in International Business from the University of Anatolia (2017), and a BSc in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast (2012). He is a Fellow of AdvanceHE since 2022.
His research focuses on supply chain sustainability in food manufacturing, organizational culture's role in achieving circular economy goals, and additive manufacturing applications. He contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to Industry/Infrastructure, Sustainable Cities, Responsible Consumption, and Global Partnerships. Recent projects include exploring alternative food networks in Dorset and investigating sustainability performance in emerging economies.
