Dr. Rahul Mor is a Senior Lecturer in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the University of Northampton, UK, and previously served as an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) in India. He holds a PhD in Supply Chain & Operations Management, dual Master's degrees in MBA (Operations & Production Management) and M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (Lean Manufacturing), and is a Fellow of Advance HE (UK). His research focuses on Industry 4.0, supply chain traceability, sustainability, and agri-food systems, with over 70 peer-reviewed publications and edited books on topics like blockchain in supply chains and circular economy.
Dr. Mor’s academic roles include teaching and leading courses in Business Systems & Operations, alongside editorial roles for journals such as Operations Management Research and International Journal of Logistics Research & Applications. His funded research projects address supply chain traceability using disruptive technologies. He actively engages in conferences and professional bodies globally.
His research interests span supply chain management, Industry 4.0 technologies, operations management, and sustainable manufacturing. Key contributions include frameworks for agri-food traceability and studies on IoT in food production. Awards include the Fellowship of Advance HE (UK).
Dr. Mor advises PhD students on projects related to supply chain innovation, Industry 4.0, and sustainability. His work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly education, responsible consumption, and climate action.
