Prof. Dr. Martin Eifert is a Professor of Public Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin, specializing in Administrative Law and Digital Governance. He holds an LL.M. from UC Berkeley and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Archive of Public Law (AöR). His career includes deanships at the Faculty of Law (2015-2017), Vice Dean for Research roles, and acting professorships at Hamburg and Giessen universities. Since 2023, he concurrently serves as a Judge at the Federal Constitutional Court.
