Luke Dimitrios Spieker

Dr. Luke Dimitrios Spieker is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Humboldt University of Berlin's Faculty of Law, affiliated with the DFG Graduate School DynamInt since May 2024. He also holds a Senior Research Fellow position at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, focusing on constitutional, European, and international law issues.
