Dr. Martin Brenncke is a Senior Lecturer at Aston Law School, part of Aston Business School at Aston University. His research focuses on behavioral regulation, financial consumer law, and statutory interpretation. Brenncke’s work has been cited by the European Parliament and UK parliamentary committees, and he advises policymakers globally on consumer protection and financial regulations.
