Marta Coelho is an Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a staff member at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her expertise spans Negotiation, Influence, and Behavioral Economics. She holds a PhD in Behavioral Economics from LSE, complemented by an MSc and BSc in Economics from the same institution. Her research focuses on over-optimism and over-confidence in economic decision-making, acknowledged by Nobel laureate Daniel Kahneman in his book Thinking Fast and Slow.
Marta teaches Negotiation and Decision Making through programs like the Oxford Programme on Negotiation and Customised Negotiation Programme at Saïd.
