Michele Pekar

Michele Pekar serves as an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where she teaches in the Oxford Programme on Negotiation and Women Transforming Leadership Programme. She is also founding partner and executive director of Co-Dev, Inc., a global service provider specializing in negotiation, facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership development for corporate executives, diplomats, and MBA students.
