Dr. Marsha Swindler is Core Faculty in the School of Education at Pacific Oaks College, Pasadena, where she teaches both online and on-ground courses in Special Education. With over 23 years of experience in public and private education sectors, she has been a professor at Pacific Oaks for over a decade, specializing in inclusive pedagogy, teacher training, and curriculum development for diverse learners.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and a Master of Arts in Education: Teaching from Azusa Pacific University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Special Education from Walden University. She holds multiple credentials from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, including Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, CLAD, and RICA.
Dr. Swindler’s research and professional interests focus on inclusive education, Multiple Intelligences Theory, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, cognitive development, and strengths-based teaching.
