Marketa Trimble

Marketa Trimble, the Samuel S. Lionel Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) William S. Boyd School of Law, is a leading scholar in international intellectual property law and private international law. Her expertise spans patent law, cyberlaw, copyright law, European Union law, and comparative law, with a focus on jurisdictional and enforcement challenges in digital and transnational contexts.
