Dr. Mark Johnson is a Teaching Fellow in Accounting and Finance at the University of Strathclyde's Strathclyde Business School. Previously, he held lecturer roles at UWS, QMU, GCU, and Glasgow Caledonian University, where he developed Management Accounting and Financial Management modules. He completed his PhD at Strathclyde's Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, focusing on academic intentions in entrepreneurship. His research explores regulatory focus theory and entrepreneurial behavior, published in the Journal of Product Innovation Management. He has supervised DBA and PhD students and contributed to the JARL Start Up Funding project. Before academia, he worked in operations management and wealth management.
