Mark Eccleston-Turner

Dr. Mark Eccleston-Turner is a Senior Lecturer in Global Health Law at King's College London, affiliated with the Department of Global Health & Social Medicine within the School of Global Affairs. His research focuses on international law and infectious diseases, particularly pandemic preparedness, equitable vaccine access, and WHO governance.
