Mark Eccleston-Turner

Dr. Mark Eccleston-Turner is a Senior Lecturer in Global Health Law at King’s College London’s Department of Global Health & Social Medicine, within the School of Global Affairs. His research focuses on international law and infectious diseases, particularly pandemic preparedness, equitable vaccine access, and WHO governance. He advises UK government bodies and international organizations, including the Foreign Office and World Health Organization.
