Mark Ashford is the Head of Guitar at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire of Music. He holds an Honours degree from the Royal Academy of Music and has received numerous awards for his performance and pedagogical contributions. His career includes international performances with orchestras like the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and BBC Concert Orchestra, and he has recorded ten CDs, including notable works with the Vida Guitar Quartet.
