Marjorie Jeffrey is an Adjunct Professor of American Government at Wofford College. She holds a PhD in Political Science from Baylor University (2018), an MA in Political Science from Baylor (2014), and a B.A. in Government (summa cum laude) from Wofford College (2011), where she received the 2012 Government Department award. Her research focuses on political theory, international relations, and the thought of Winston Churchill, particularly his perspectives on war, statesmanship, and democracy.

Research Interests: Marjorie’s work examines the intersection of political theory and international relations, with a focus on the intellectual legacy of Winston Churchill. Her dissertation, titled *Winston Churchill’s Thought on War and International Politics*, analyzes Churchill’s philosophical contributions to political thought.

Teaching & Service: Marjorie has taught courses in international relations and American government. At Baylor University, she served on the Graduate Student Association Executive Committee as Director of Outreach (2015–2016) and held various political science representation roles from 2013 to 2016. She has also participated in numerous academic conferences and colloquia, focusing on topics like Churchill’s historical philosophy, ethical deliberation, and liberal education.
