Natalie Moreira is a Full-Time Temporary Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Baylor University, part of the College of Arts & Sciences. She teaches courses on the U.S. Constitution and American National Government, and hosts a Baylor Honors College colloquium on Hannah Arendt. She is completing a Ph.D. (expected Spring 2025) in Political Science from the University of Dallas, where her dissertation explores storytelling as power in Hannah Arendt's political thought. Previously, she held adjunct roles at the University of Dallas and served as a teaching assistant and writing tutor.

Research Interests: Ancient/Modern/Contemporary Political Philosophy, Leadership and Statesmanship, Definitions of Power in Politics, Continental Political Philosophy, Liberal Education, and Political Friendship. Her work focuses on Arendt's theories of power and political community through storytelling.

Service and Leadership: Baylor Honors College Colloquium Facilitator (2023–present), Committee Member at the Braniff Graduate School (2015–2022), and Managing Editor of Cowan Archive Unbound (2022). Active in academic conferences, including presentations on Arendt’s thought at the Southern and Midwestern Political Science Associations.
Future Work: Her upcoming dissertation and research on Arendt’s narrative theory of power will contribute to debates in political philosophy and liberal education.
