Marjoleine van Dootingh is a Lecturer in Process Technology at HZ University of Applied Sciences, where she also serves as a part-time researcher at Delta Power. Her work focuses on applied research in energy transition projects, leveraging her extensive background in industrial processes and engineering. Prior to academia, she spent over two decades at Shell Downstream, holding roles such as front-end project development, refinery support, and advanced process control.
