Marit Fiedler

Dr. Marit Fiedler is a researcher and faculty member at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Rostock since 2009. She currently serves as a Research Assistant in Theatre Pedagogy (third-party funded project "Fokus Stimme") and holds teaching roles in Music Teaching, Singing, Conducting, Accompaniment, and Drama Pedagogy. Her work integrates vocal methodologies (Valiljev, Linklater) and movement techniques (Talmi, Feldenkrais).

Her research focuses on comparative phonetics of Modern Hebrew and German, as demonstrated in her Diplom and doctoral theses. She is a certified Bible storyteller and actively contributes to church institutions and corporate speech training.

Awards include funding from Saxony-Anhalt and DAAD for her linguistic research. She collaborates with institutions across Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, including universities in Rostock, Greifswald, Wismar, and others.
